The access way from the shores of the lake is flat, while the access way from the Market Square is sloping and made of cobblestones.
The surrounding area is wide and flat. However, the statue is located at the edge of the quay. A wooden pontoon provides access to the statue but it is only accessible by crossing some unmarked steps.
A ramp provides access to the toilets and the Marché-Forum car park from the quay.

The toilets can be opened with an Eurokey. They are suitable for people in wheelchairs.
