A disabled parking space is available in the square in front of the castle entrance.
A wheelchair lift is available near the north entrance. In order to operate it, use the intercom to call the staff.
The elevator provides access to the basement (reception and toilets), the first and the second floor.
The access passage to the lift on the first and second floor is narrow.
Two wheelchair lifts provide access to the exhibition rooms on the first and second floor, which are not on one level.
Stairlift that allows access to the exhibitions on the ground floor from the first floor. Attention: the stairlift is narrow (73cm) and the load capacity is limited (220kg).

The areas of movement in the exhibition rooms are large and flat. The doors are narrower, but accessible.
